Training/Support
Universal is designed to be easy to use but also has features which some clients may need extra help with. Thesaurus Technology's support team provide help in every area of the software including functionality, networking and data recovery.
Online Help and Demonstrations
Universal has a substantial help facility which can be accessed through the software by going to the help menu and selecting contents. The help can also be accessed any time by pressing the F1 button. Online flash demonstrations are also available to help customers to learn how to use Universal. What types of training and support are available?
- Full Product Demonstration. This is carried out online with the customers computer connected to Thesaurus Technology over the Internet. This is explained in more detail in the online training section below. To book a session click here
- Recap or Refresher Course. If you have employed new staff started or just want a refresher of all the features then online or telephone training can be given. To book a session click here
- Phone Support. For instantaneous answers to queries and problems. All training and support is done over the phone.
- Email Support. If the query is not urgent you might want to fill in a website contact form or email the support team at information@thesaurus.org.uk .
Who is the training open to?
Thesaurus Technology provides training and support to ALL it's customers new and old. Free demonstrations are also available to agents who are evaluating Universal.
Online training
Thesaurus Technology provide online training to new, existing and potential customers. A training session usually lasts for 1 - 2 hours and can involve a detailed look or just an overview of the software. The training is done over the Internet whilst the customer is on the phone. A facility is set up so the customer can simply connect to a computer in Thesaurus Technology's offices so both parties see the same screen. This allows for the customer to see what can be done and see how easy it is. It allows for better communication as both parties can see the same screen and any points can be clarified or discussed there and then over the phone. To book a session click here click here
Up to 3 training sessions per branch per year are included in your subscription payments, with a nominal charge made for any additional sessions.
Unlimited phone support is provided by Thesaurus Technology between the hours of 9.00 and 5.30 Monday to Friday.
